Erlang and Elixir share the same Virtual Machine, the BEAM. This ingenious little bit of technology is perfect for fault-tolerant, resilient applications that scale to billions of users, which is one of the biggest challenges facing developers and companies today. Code BEAM has united Erlang & Elixir developers for years to grow and progress the community in the spirit of Share. Learn. Inspire.
Share
Code BEAM is an event where leading developers in Erlang, Elixir and other BEAM based technologies like RabbitMQ share their use cases and success stories to allow us to grow together.
Learn
We pride ourselves on our connection with community and industry leaders. At Code BEAM events you’ll be the first to learn about new frameworks and applications for the BEAM VM that can increase your productivity and help make your life easier.
Inspire
We believe that now, more than ever, conferences are a great opportunity to bring your team together to meet in person and connect with like-minded people to inspire the next big idea.

We are pleased to announce that Code BEAM America 2022 is implementing a Diversity Scheme. The goal of the programme is to improve diversity at the conference and to offer support to those in the tech community who would not otherwise be able to attend, aimed at (but not restricted to) women, people from ethnic minorities and people with disabilities. Read more about the process here.
COMPUTER HISTORY MUSEUM
1401 N Shoreline Blvd
Mountain View, CA 94043
United States
+1 650-810-1010
HOW TO GET THERE?
-> The easiest way is to take a taxi or an Uber. It's only 26-minute drive from San Francisco Airport and 18-minute drive from San Jose Airport.
-> The Museum has 400 free onsite parking spaces.
-> If you would like to see the exhibition, it's open Wed-Sun 10 am - 5 pm. Buy the ticket via the CHM website.
We are coming back to meet with you in Mountain View and we will make sure not only to deliver a great experience, but also that it’s delivered in a safe environment. However, we’re also keeping in mind that by then not everyone will be able to travel, therefore, we’ve decided to make Code BEAM America a hybrid event, combining both an in-person and virtual conference.
There will be two different categories of tickets going on sale at the same time - for the in-person conference and training and for virtual conference attendance.
To respond to your requests, we have created Code BEAM e-shop with conference swag!
You can now not only participate in a hybrid experience, but also order t-shirts (included in the in-person ticket!), sweatshirts, mugs and many more items, from the comfort of your couch.
All items are ordered directly with Spreadshirt but are branded with the official Code BEAM America 2022 designs. The store was created for our community but is a third party supplier. Any issues with the items should be directed to the supplier and not Code Sync.
This year we’re accepting talks from people who are happy to deliver them
in-person. We welcome proposals about Erlang, Elixir, BEAM and
other technologies and we are happy to support candidates from
under-represented groups in the software development community. CFT
deadline: 23:59 CEST on 5 February 2023
