All startups are working towards that day where their idea takes off, but what do you do when you get there? This talk will outline the process we went through and our experiences scaling our product both on a technical level, but also on an organisational level. I’ll share learnings we acquired as we overcame the challenges of this process, including practical technical advice for confidently scaling an Elixir system.
